How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Standard Delivery takes up to 2 – 4 working days, at a charge of £2.99.
Next working day delivery, at a charge of £4.99.
Saturday Delivery will be delivered the next Saturday after you place your order, at a charge of £5.99.
I want to collect my item at the seminar/conference, what do I need to do?
It is free to collect your item at a Seminar/Conference. Once you have selected seminar/conference collection, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your collection date.
How long does your Refund process take?
We aim to complete all refunds within 5 working days from the day we receive your returned item. If you would like to return your order, please see the instructions on the back of your invoice that was shipped with your item. If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact us. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, please give up to 7 days for delivery in order to meet the cooling off period.
How do I know if you have received my returned goods?
Once we have received the items and they have been processed we will inform you by email. Processing returns can take up to two working days therefore you may not receive a notification straight away. We advise that all returned items are sent via recorded delivery, so that you can track the progress of your package.. If you are worried that we may not have received a returned order, please do get in touch.
How do you process payments?

Boot Camps / Telephone One to One
What if I change my mind about a boot camp or a telephone session?
We do not offer refunds once the boot camp date or a telephone One to One session has been booked. However, this may be swapped for future date at the discretion of the coordinator.
I have just paid for the boot camp, what happens next?
Once you have paid you will receive a confirmation email which you will need to print out and bring to the camp. You are required to bring some sort of identification such as a debit card, driving license or passport that will correspond with the payment details.
When booking boot camps or One to One Consultations do I have to pay for delivery?
No you do not. Select the" Boot camp /telephone one to one" delivery option.
