How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Standard Delivery takes up to 2 – 4 days to get to you, this is £1.95. Next working day delivery will be delivered to you on the next working day, a charge of £4.95. Saturday Delivery will be delivered the next Saturday after you place your order, charge of £5.95. Please see the Delivery page for more information.

How long is your Refund process?

We aim to refund you within 5 working days from the day we receive your returned item. If you’d like to return your order, please see the instructions on the back of the invoice that was shipped with your items. If you have misplaced your invoice, please let us know. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, please give up to 7 days for delivery in order to meet the cooling off period.

Have you received my returned goods?

We will let you know once we have received the items and they have been processed. It can sometimes take a day or two to process returns, so you might not receive notification straight away. We advise that all returns are sent via recorded delivery, so that you can track the packages’ progress.
