Refund Policy


Returns
At Positive Impressions we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us online. So we have made our returns policy as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Positive Impressions you have 14 days from your receipt of the item, to return it to us.

Rules of Returns
When you return an item, we ask that it is returned in all its original packing with labels and has not been worn (other than to check fitting), washed or damaged. Any item failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted as a return.   How to Return   Fill in the back of the Sales Receipt you received in your package. Please indicate clearly what you would like for us to do i.e. exchange an item or refund an item.  If you have lost your receipt then return your item(s) to:

Please ensure the package is well sealed and the correct postage is used with insurance when posting the item back to us.

Refund
If you are unhappy with the item(s) and would like a refund then, please post the item back to us and allow 48 hrs from the time it arrives with us to process the refund. Please note postage will not be refunded.

Boot Camps / Telephone One to One
We do not offer refunds once booked. You may swap date at the discretion of the coordinator. However, you must contact the coordinator two working days before the purchased date, so that adequate changes can be made.
