If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

Delays
Occasionally, the dispatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as postal strikes, security checks etc. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
Cancellation right
You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied within the 14 days money back period. No refunds for Boot Camp or Telephone One to One bookings
Payment terms
All items must be paid for before dispatch of goods. If for any reason the account is not settled via post, telephone or Internet, Positive Impressions reserve the right to demand return of goods unworn and complete with original labels or seek further legal alternatives.
Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Positive Impressions or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our right to cancel orders
If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer, then we may have no option but to cancel the order. To prevent this happening, always take care when entering your address into the payment system and always use your billing address as it appears on your statement. If for any reason we cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the rightful owner of the credit/debit card, we reserve the right to cancel your order and credit you immediately.
